For example, nonpublic personal information could include information regarding your driving record and accident history or current insurance coverage and limits.

What Information We Disclose

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about you to other third parties in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to third parties to assist us in completing transactions authorized by you, to government entities in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus.

We are also permitted to share information regarding your transactions and experience (i.e. name, address, etc) between our affiliated companies. For this purpose, Valley Insurance Agency, Valley Realty and Valley Bank & Trust are affiliated companies.

Lastly, we may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to an insurance carrier for the purpose of establishing a policy and an account on your behalf. We will maitain a record of your information at our office so we can provide you with policyholder services.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
